As the government has relaxed measures to control and restrict travel into and out of the country, allowing foreigners to travel to work in the country according to the memorandum of understanding that the Thai government has made with foreign governments, but due to various restrictions or obstacles in travel, the number of foreigners who will come to work is not enough to meet the demand for labor in the country. Therefore, in order to revive the economy and solve the problem of labor shortages, it is necessary to specify that foreigners of Cambodian, Laotian, Burmese, and Vietnamese nationalities who are in the Kingdom and working without permission or whose period of permission has expired and who wish to work legally can work in the Kingdom as a special case.
