- Company certificate valid for no more than 6 months
- ID card copy
- House registration copy
- Construction contract required only for construction projects
Documents required for foreign labor for notice of resignation
- Passport first page copy
- Visa page copy
- Work permit copy
Notice of employment
The notice must be given within 60 days of the date of receipt of notice of resignation
Documents required for notice of employment by the employer
- Copy of company certificate valid for no more than 6 months
- Copy of ID card
- Copy of house registration
- Only construction projects require a copy of the construction contract
Documents required for notice of employment by foreign labor
- Passport
- Work permit
- Social security or health insurance (if any)*
- Two 1.5-inch photos
- Notice of resignation
