This is a requirement that foreigners who are allowed to reside and work in Thailand until February 13, 2025, according to the recent Cabinet Resolution, can apply for permission to reside and work in Thailand for a period of 2 years, and can be extended for another 2 years, for a total of 4 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cambodians and Myanmar nationals do not have to travel outside the country. Renewing a work permit under the MOU system, Laotian and Vietnamese nationals must travel outside the country before February 13, 2025. If they wish to return to work, they must come to work under the MOU system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Group of foreign workers according to the guidelines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>4
