If a foreigner leaves the Thailand without reporting for more than 90 days, they must pay a fine of 5,000 baht. Upon return, the 90-day count starts over in all cases. According to Section 76 of the Immigration Act, if a foreigner is arrested for not reporting a stay of more than 90 days, they will be fined 5,000 baht plus an additional fine of no more than 200 baht per day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to do 90-day Report<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Foreigners must report on their own<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foreigners entrust others to submit the reporting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foreigners can submit reporting by registered mail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foreigners reporting through the online system<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If the foreigner returns to Thailand after leaving the country, the 90 days will be counted again in all cases.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>According to Section 37(5) of the Immigration Act 1979, a foreigner who is granted temporary residence in Thailand and stays in Thailand for more than 90 days is obliged to report their residence status to the immigration officer every 90 days.
